Funded Research projects
My leadership is research-informed and impact-oriented. At Faculty level, I have led the co-design of generative-AI learning modules now embedded across multiple programs and supervised Student-Led Observation for Class Improvements across 15 courses that feed evidence into course redesign. Externally, I led a professional-learning program for educators across Southeast Asia and Australasia that combined webinars, courses and open resources and achieved substantial sector uptake and recognition. These activities complement funded projects and publications, including a current Teaching Innovation Grant with planned peer-reviewed outputs, peer-reviewed articles in the Journal of University Teaching and Learning Practice and Assessment & Evaluation in Higher Education, and scholarly chapters. My approach to leadership is to couple learning-sciences theory with collaborative design, transparent communication and systematic evaluation so that change is both academically defensible and practically sustainable.
